Dear Reader,

Normally I send you a recipe from my weekly baking adventures, but you haven’t received anything in a couple of weeks.

There are two reasons for that:

  1. I was in Budapest and Vienna for 10 days! This was an amazing trip and I filmed quite a few videos while I was there. I am currently editing the footage I have, but I also have to finish filming by baking the recipes at home. These will be released in a series of 2 parts—a Hungarian baking series and an Austrian baking series. Keep your eye out for that in a week or two!

  2. I’m working on an early Christmas gift for you: a European bread baking guide! This will be free to you and will include six European bread recipes for every occasion (from breakfast to dessert). Plus, you’ll get lots of cultural background and step-by-step photos with each recipe.

While I work on this bread guide and my Hungarian baking video series, I’m going to take a break from my weekly “In My Kitchen” emails, but I’ll get right back to that as soon as I finish these big projects.
