This week’s video features a recipe I’ve been eager to share for a long time: the Vaution de Verviers. It’s almost identical to a cinnamon roll, but baked in tart form.

Instead of rolling the dough into buns, you stack the layers with butter, sugar, and cinnamon in between.

The result tastes just like a cinnamon roll, but slices like a pie. Gooey, comforting, and perfect for chilly autumn days — this is a recipe I’ll definitely be making again.

Until next week, happy baking!
